For Owners: faster tenant placement and exposure of property. Potential tenants can view your home 24 hours a day/7 days a week!  Potential tenants from out of the area/out of state can view your home quickly and easily.  The video is retained so that when your current tenant is leaving, marketing can begin early with less disturbance to the current tenant. Move-in and move out inspections can be done to document the before and after condition.  If the tenant disputes an item on the security deposit, having the video is a tremendous asset (if a picture is worth a thousand words, a video may be worth a thousand pictures!).

For Tenants: Viewing a video from a computer, tablet or phone is a great way to get immediate access to the information you need about the the property.  You can save your valuable time and gas eliminating viewing the properties that won't suit your needs and be able to act fast on the ones that you do!
