- Thorough tenant screening - IS A MUST! We don't just run a quick local credit report. We order a minimum of two credit bureau reports (important if coming from another area of the US or overseas), military relocation and also check eviction history. We also run a Monterey County criminal records check. Prior landlord verification (not just current) is very important to investigate whether there have been past issues. We are very diligent in obtaining verification of all application information!
- Semi annual exterior property inspections and when needed, interior inspections.
